Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Provide compassionate in-home care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort
Administer medications and monitor patient health under physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow care plans
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance standards
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
Schedule : Flexible shifts available, including weekdays and weekends
Skills You Need
Current RN nursing license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate approach to patient care
Basic computer skills for documentation
