Job Summary

We’re hiring Tank Builders to join our production team! In this role, you'll work with glass panels, plastic tank frames, and silicone to assemble aquariums used in our finished goods kits sold directly to consumers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Follow all established safety protocols and wear required PPE

Participate in team assembly for larger aquarium builds

Ensure production meets quality standards

Complete Product Quality Verification (PQV) worksheets accurately

Use daily timesheets to track materials and production quantities

Keep accurate production and scrap counts

Maintain a clean, organized work area using LEAN / 5S principles

Assist with developing SOPs and best practices for tank assembly

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, NPD)

Education and Experience Profile

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic with consistent attendance

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable with team assembly on larger tanks

Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory manufacturing setting. Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors, and fumes. Required to stand, bend, reach and move about facilities.
