Valley Pacific is looking for a Retail Maintenance Specialist working a 1 : 30 PM-10 : 00 PM shift at our Santa Maria location. The ideal candidate will help with the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Works safely and helps others work safely.
- Does his / her part in ensuring a high score on Customer First (uniform, name tag, customer interaction, smile).
- Is responsible and has good attendance.
- Assists station manager in maintaining appearance of station at "Customer First" level.
- Effectively run and troubleshoot all equipment located at retail stores.
- Assists station manager to ensure that customers and retail employees are not exposed to situations that are physically dangerous.
- Carries out specific assignments as directed by the station manager.
- Able and willing to respond to urgent or unusual situations.
- Can multi-task and prioritize workday schedule.
