Monitor and record daily customer traffic, utilizing company-designated tracking tools. Participate in homeowner orientation(s) required by the division, & where appropriate, work with customers on their builder option purchases. Must have 2+ yrs. recent face to face sales & customer service experience Experience w / new home sales or commission-based real estate a plus! New Home Consultant Summary :
The New Home Consultant' s primary focus is to administer / coordinate the new home purchase process & close of escrow with the ultimate goal of creating “tickled, delighted and happy” customers. In this role you will sell, process, & close homes in accordance with company business plans, adhering to the company’s selling philosophy when serving our home buying & realtor customers, utilizing all selling / organizational tools provided. This includes accompanying them through the Welcome Home Centers, undecorated models (which may be at various stages of construction), and / or available homesites.
