Requirements
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
- Partner with the Customer Solutions organization (Commercial, Marketing and Pricing) to assist in the implementation of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage project plans, action items, and creation of process documentation and training material.
- Administer and Develop solutions in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to enable process efficiencies and point of need training.
- Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Be able to step in as Subject Matter Expert for Customer Solutions processes and systems.
