Darwin Perennials is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to deliver high-level operational support to the Operations Manager, General Manager, and internal teams. This dynamic role involves managing essential functions such as reporting, supplier coordination, and specialized tasks, while serving as a key liaison across Ball departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at solving business challenges, and consistently delivers outstanding customer service. This position plays a vital role in ensuring operational continuity, streamlining communication, and driving strategic initiatives forward.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Program Management – Lead the annual renewal and execution of vegetative programs, including pricing, material updates, and assortment management. Ensure timely and accurate setup to support seamless customer ordering and invoicing.
- Royalty Management - Oversee the maintenance of customer royalty records in SAP, ensuring data integrity. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to royalty deferrals and invoicing.
- Provide analytical reporting, project coordination, and team support to Darwin Perennials. Serve as a backup for customer service and inventory functions, contributing to overall team agility and effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, sales representatives, and internal / external customers through timely, accurate, and friendly communication.
- Support strategic partnerships and maintain alignment between West Chicago and Darwin Colombia teams.
