Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product development and delivery. Analyze data, metrics, and product usage trends to provide insights that inform product direction. Create reports and dashboards as needed. Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a software development or technology environment. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Experience with creating process diagrams (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart). Familiarity with API documentation or technical specifications.
