The Role :

The Manager of Retail Business Consulting is a product expert who empowers top brands to reach their business objectives. In this role, you will own the success of industry leading brands on the S5 platform. You will develop collaborative relationships to drive strong user adoption of S5 solutions, demonstrating value every step of the way. You will deeply understand your customer's business and use cases and act as an extension of their team. With enthusiasm and clarity, you will make data-driven recommendations to support their implementation and drive success. Our clients include some of the most iconic brands in the world and they expect the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

What You'll Do :

• Thought leader in Retail / Supply Chain including Merchandising / Buying, Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Retail Analysis & Reporting, Retail Systems Analysis or other related experience
• As a primary contact point for customers, establish a strong and trusted relationship with customers and meet with them in order to define and articulate business requirements as well as a delivery plan for complex solutions that leverage S5 Solutions, existing ecommerce, POS, Order Management, Fulfillment, and ERP solutions, etc.
• Manage successful transition between sales process and project implementation as well as handover into customer operations after launch
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, develop a detailed project plan to track progress, manage changes in project scope, costs and schedule, measure and report project performance, perform risk assessment and manage / minimize project risks
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Own the success of your customers during implementation through post-go-live
• Perform data analysis to assist customers with implementation and validation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback and drive product development that maps back to the needs of S5's retailers
• Contribute to the scalability of the customer success team through documentation and process optimization
