As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, develop business cases, and implement process improvements.

• Responsibilities :

• Business Analysis :
• Conduct business needs assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for process improvements.

• Process Improvement :
• Identify and document current business processes and workflows.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements.

• Solution Development :
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Work with IT and other teams to implement solutions.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Data Analysis :
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.

• Stakeholder Management :
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Communicate business needs, solutions, and progress to stakeholders.
• Requirements :

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

2.

• Experience :
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in the pest control or related industry is an asset.

• Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Agile).

• Knowledge :
• Understanding of business operations and process improvement principles.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
