Position : Business Development Partner
Lions & Bears Staffing Partners Inc. is a fast-growing staffing firm specializing in Healthcare, Commercial, and Professional Services . We combine people-first relationships with AI-powered efficiency to deliver exceptional results for clients.
The Opportunity
This is a Greenfield role — no territory restrictions, build your own book of business. We’re seeking experienced sales professionals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and want to grow into partnership and equity.
Pay is Commission Only
Highlights
Earn up to 40% of GP per placement at your clients
Annual bonus opportunities — up to $15K based on performance
Per-contract bonuses from $500–$5,000
Equity track available for top performers

What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships
Negotiate and secure staffing agreements
Partner with recruiters to deliver on client needs
Drive revenue growth and track performance
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Recruitment Sales, BDM, or similar
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
Preference for individuals with an existing book of business
