A company is looking for a Business Development Director (CRO) for a full-time remote role to support U.S. expansion within a global clinical research organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to expand the CRO's footprint in the U.S. market, focusing on biotech and pharma clients
Manage the full sales cycle for high-value accounts, with typical deal sizes ranging from $2M-$10M
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of proven success in CRO sales
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and biotech / pharma industry dynamics
Ability to manage complex, high-value deals and negotiate effectively
Experience in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, and Neurology
