Pay : Hourly + Commissions ($56k-$100k / year)

Description :

Seeking a driven, field-based Account Manager to join our high-performance team focused on acquiring and retaining small business customers within the retail energy space. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in both sales and account management, enjoys being out in the field, and wants to grow into a full-time, long-term role within the company.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in SALES  in a territory / traveling sales role that requires traveling to various clients
• Act as a trusted advisor for small businesses in your territory, primarily mom-and-pop shops across DFW, Sherman, and Austin.
• Own the full sales and account lifecycle – from prospecting new business to managing existing relationships.
• Travel locally and regionally to meet customers face-to-face (vehicle access required).
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and expos – all expenses paid.
• Proactively plan weekly activity and territory coverage in advance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to share feedback and optimize performance.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Ask smart, thoughtful questions that demonstrate curiosity and a hunger to succeed.
• Proactive, self-starter mentality – someone who can think outside the box and take initiative without constant oversight.
