Job Description :
- Analysis / evaluation of Business, System, Process, Functional, Non-Functional and Operational requirements.
- Manage the evolution of Epics, Features, Capabilities, User stories, Tasks and other Backlog items, including breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, and facilitating brainstorming sessions.
- Facilitate User story grooming, story mapping, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Work with various Business and IT stakeholders to Elicit, Analyse and elaborate Requirements for delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional team members, Architects, Developers to ensure User stories are concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.
- Develops relationships with upstream and downstream business partners in managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Participate in functional and regression testing and provide feedback.
- Participate in System Integration and UAT with end users and various stakeholders to ensure all the pre-determined project vision is achieved.
- Monitor EDI transactions and issues, working with other technical and / or business resources as necessary.
- Validate that the changes to retailer and e-commerce processes are implemented.
