What to Expect :

Nimbles Business Operations team is embedded in daily operations supporting both near-term execution and long-term planning through financial analysis and broader business decision-making and strategy. Team members are expected to analyze data provide recommendations and lead cross-functional decision-making and implementation of strategies. The Business Operations team is lean and dynamic supporting all functions at Nimble : engineering and supply chain manufacturing fulfillment operations service construction and sales.

As an Associate Business Operations you will :

• Partner with leaders across Nimbles operational verticals to drive cost reduction improve operational efficiency and identify and implement measures to scale
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance and identify / execute recommendations to drive business improvement
• Create and drive adoption of operational processes to increase productivity and efficiency
• Define and implement critical software systems to support scale : engineering supply chain manufacturing
• Be deeply embedded in operations to drive execution of Nimbles forecast and support business planning to ensure capex investments and labor capacity support company growth targets

$125000 - $180000 a year

The above range is the base salary range. You will also receive generous equity for this position!
