Learn and apply tools like SQL and PowerBI to support reporting and data visualization. Excellent oral and written communication skills Analytical thinking and problem solving Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly challenging environment where multi-tasking and short deadlines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of Management Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree preferably in a discipline requiring critical thinking and analytical skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related analytical role is required. Analytical & problem-solving skills, including the ability to encourage new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions Experience pursuing long-term goals while balancing the short-term needs of the organization Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Moderate (or better) knowledge of SQL and PowerBI or similar data visualization and reporting tools Experience with data extraction and visualization and / or reporting Ability to self-direct; managing time and goals effectively with minimal supervision in both "build" and "run" stage business environments simultaneously.
