We are seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst to lead analysis and requirements development for mission-critical enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze data, and recommend process improvements. The analyst will play a key role in project planning, RFP development, cost estimation, impact analysis, and testing strategy implementation. Acting as a liaison to vendors and system owners, this position ensures IT solutions align with organizational goals and supports enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation for complex IT projects.
- Develop RFP narratives, estimate project costs, and establish actionable project plans.
- Conduct impact analysis, implement test strategies, and coordinate quality assurance activities.
- Serve as a primary liaison between business teams, technical staff, and external vendors.
- Participate in enterprise-wide IT initiatives as required.
- Identify risks and escalate issues proactively to ensure project success.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Produce project artifacts, including use cases, sequence diagrams, swim lanes, and process flows.
- Organize requirement capture activities and ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
