A Day in the Life

Responsible for designing and creating packaging and product artwork in support of the manufacturing requirements for all products produced by the Medtronic General Surgery Group. Must incorporate customer requirements and ensure standardization of artwork development in compliance with Medtronic design standards. We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

Responsible for the graphic design requirements for packaging and product artwork, including the production of labels, lidstock, and display box artwork; support for formal artwork approvals; and maintenance of packaging labeling development procedures

Verifies vendor proofs, makes corrections or communicates changes to ensure all printed components match approved artwork files

Effectively manages multiple projects, changes in project scope, and shifting priorities in order to maintain project requirements and ensure deadlines are met

Collaborates with department and cross-functional peers to ensure proper resolution to questions and issues that arise during the artwork development process

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $63,200.00 - $94,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
