About the position

The individual in this role will focus on converting field survey data into precise drawings and maps using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. In this entry-level position, the technician works under close supervision to create basic survey drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards and project specifications. Individuals in this role will collaborate with other team members, contributing to the overall success of the survey projects.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of survey drafting practices within one survey domain
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level position with 0-2 years CAD experience
• Strong commitment to learning and developing in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to read construction plans, procedures and perform field calcs, a basic understanding is required for advancement.
