Job Responsibilities :
Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide assistance
Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system
Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Essential Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience :
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role
Experience in handling high call volumes and challenging customer situations
