Key Responsibilities

Support patient experience preadmission and throughout the continuum of care

Ensure timely follow-up and maintain communication with patients and families

Facilitate internal transfers and develop relationships with interdisciplinary team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Two years of customer service and relevant experience, preferably in healthcare

Experience with computers and proficiency in software platforms and EMRs

Knowledge of medical / psychiatric / chemical dependency diagnosis and treatment processes preferred

Valid driver's license preferred for Oconomowoc location, with insurable status required
