Pay : $19.50 - $23 / per hour
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Description :
Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our client’s team. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers an excellent entry into a dynamic healthcare environment with significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Data Management : Collect and maintain up-to-date patient information, including demographics, insurance details, and healthcare provider contacts.
- Patient Tracking : Accurately log and monitor patient data, using tracking systems to ensure thorough follow-up with healthcare providers, billing, and internal departments.
- Scheduling Coordination : Manage and coordinate schedules and paperwork across departments to ensure efficient operations.
- File Management : Process and organize documents, retrieving and distributing files as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
- Customer Interaction : Provide support via phone, greet customers, and verify receipt of client orders and documents.
- Cross-Department Support : Assist additional departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and a positive client experience.
