Effectively partner with the Business Development team to drive marketing initiatives in support of the Business Development team firmwide. Strong analytical skills to measure marketing campaign performance and make data driven decisions. Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Prior experience managing marketing department budgets. Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
