Chief Data Officer
The Chief Data Officer will be the enterprise leader responsible for defining and executing the company's data vision, strategy, and governance framework. This role will oversee Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, data engineering, and analytics to ensure the organization's data assets are trusted, secure, accessible, and leveraged for competitive advantage. The CDO will drive responsible adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI to reimagine customer experience, operational efficiency, and product innovation. The CDO will partner with the executive team to transform data into a strategic assetfueling decision-making, operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.
Enterprise Data Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise data strategy that aligns with corporate goals and drives measurable business value.
- Establish data as a critical corporate asset, ensuring consistency, security, and accessibility across the enterprise.
- Drive adoption of data-first culture by embedding data literacy and analytics into business decision-making.
- Serve as the primary data strategist, providing insight into trends, risks, and opportunities.
