Opportunity : Chief of Staff
Deepgram is hiring a Chief of Staff to help the CEO and Executive Leadership Team turn strategy into consistent execution. As the company grows quickly, this role will design and drive the operating rhythms that keep priorities clear, goals measurable, and leaders aligned. Equal parts strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier, you'll help us move fast without breaking the wrong thingsdriving clarity across priorities, strengthening planning and accountability systems, and freeing the CEO and leadership team to focus on the highest-impact work.
This role sits between a founder's associate and a traditional Chief of Staff : strategic enough to see around corners, operational enough to ensure the day-to-day work actually gets done.
Who You Are
Background in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations, ideally with exposure to technical or AI-driven businesses.
Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and shift easily between technical and business topics.
Not afraid of tough discussions and holding people accountable to outcomes.
Communicate with clarity and precision at every level of the organization.
Relentlessly organized with strong project-management instincts and the ability to keep others two steps ahead.
High-judgment operator who handles sensitive information with discretion.
