The Manager of Hospital Laboratory will report directly to the Regional Director of Clinical Laboratory Operations, and will collaborate with key department directors to advance laboratory services. Laboratory Supervisors, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, and support staff report to this person, who also works closely with other medical departments to enhance integrated care.

The Lab Manager leads operations in a fast-paced and supportive environment. This department features cutting-edge instrumentation and fosters collaboration among the various Lab Sections, Clinical Scientists, and Technical personnel to ensure precise and timely diagnostic services.

The Laboratory Manager handles operational goals and clinical initiatives, including education, skill development, and continuous quality improvement. Through strong budgeting, staffing, and compliance oversight, this Manager supervises everything from immunology and microbiology section processes to ASCP standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining regulatory certifications, guiding policy development, and supporting teams of CLS professionals in daily workflow to uphold best practices and regulatory benchmarks.
