Join PEMCCO as a Claims Analyst / Forensic Scheduler, where youll perform detailed schedule and delay analyses to assess time and cost impacts on construction projects. In this role, youll support dispute resolution and litigation preparation by developing clear, evidence-based findings and narrative documentation that stand up to scrutiny.

Essential Functions
- Reconstruct asbuilt schedules from field data, daily reports, and contractor updates.
- Perform critical path delay analysis, disruption quantification, and timeimpact modeling.
- Prepare expertlevel claims narratives with exhibits, graphics, and correlation charts.
- Support negotiations, mediations, and expert testimony preparation.
- Interface with project management, legal counsel, and technical advisors.
- Maintain a documentation library compliant with DGS and COMAR recordkeeping requirements.

The role requires full-time, on-site presence in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be able to reliably commute; relocation expenses are not provided.
