Position Summary : Handles administrative and clerical support duties for account coordinating and for processing of claims in a timely manner. Duties include file setup and maintenance of client files according to company service standards for claim handling. Transmits claims documents, form letters and other administrative documentation to appropriate parties. Review and handles e-mail, mail, and compose and type routine correspondence. Process and print loss run reports and disseminate to appropriate staff, create, maintain and run various departmental reports as required. About You Requirements : Requires High School diploma Preferred : Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Minimum of 2 years insurance related clerical experience in an office environment #LI-KK2 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
