As a Banana Republic Client Advisor, you will create aspirational and on trend looks that enhance the customer's emotional connection to the brand. You are an expert on styling and fashion, with a thorough understanding of designers, brands, and seasonal trends. As a Client Advisor, you will provide a superior level of service through an inclusive environment that inspires brand loyalty and makes our customers feel welcome and eager to return. Your goal is to grow the business by genuinely connecting, converting, and retaining a loyal client following. What You'll Do
- Stay current with credible and relevant fashion references, including current style icons and influencers, and translate that inspiration into action by solving customer styling needs
- Connect and engage with customers authentically to build strong relationships and brand loyalty
- Serve as a Brand storyteller, demonstrating strong knowledge of products to create exceptional experiences
- Take responsibility for driving sales and achieving store goals, with the client as your primary focus
- Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with our Words to Live By
- Assist in creating an inclusive environment where our customers and employees feel a sense of belonging
