Keep customers informed about completion times service expenses and any potential changes that may arise. Stay engaged in delivering vehicles to customers upon completion to ensure all concerns are addressed satisfactorily. Provide exceptional concierge support for all customer inquiries whether by phone or in person ensuring a positive service experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall satisfaction. Have a deep understanding of the product to answer detailed questions about the customers vehicle. Adhere to the companys dress code policy Must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and selling skills Strong written and oral communication skills required Proficiency in computer skills needed Valid Drivers license and clean driving record are a must Flexibility with schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
