Primary Purpose Of The Role : To manage multiple Legal Spend Group clients' programs on Legal-X and / or Legal eXchange; to maintain client relationships; monitor procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction and retention; and to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Essential Responsibilities May Include :

• Performs contract renewal for assigned accounts.
• Coordinates renewal pricing; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports.
• Educates the client on best practices for bill review audit and program setup. Acts as product expert for client and coordinates activities with Expert Bill Review team.
• Coordinates project activity. Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction.
• Identifies issues that impact customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and solicits cross selling and expansion opportunities.

Additional Functions and Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Education & Licensing : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience : Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) years legal and / or claims adjuster experience.
