We’re seeking a Client Success Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every call and conversation is a chance to make an impact. You’ll collaborate with our attorneys, marketing, and leadership teams to guide potential clients through the onboarding journey — ensuring every new relationship begins with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Do

In this role, your daily contributions can be classified into three areas :

  • Customer Service : deliver consistent, reliable, and professional first impressions to potential new clients and superior customer service to previous clients
  • Accurate Client Records : capture client information and complete reports associated with each client
  • Relationship Driven : build long-term relationships with past and potential clients

As the Client Success Specialist you will :

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — deliver a polished, professional, and persuasive first impression.
  • Convert prospects into clients by understanding their needs and connecting them with the right legal solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and inspire repeat business through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth handoff to attorneys and support staff.
  • Track client data, update CRM records, and report on onboarding activity and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-service engagement during client interactions.
  • Provide backup support to the reception team by fielding and routing inbound calls as needed.
  • What You Bring

  • A sales mindset and natural ability to connect with people — you love turning conversations into commitments.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, client onboarding, or customer success.
  • Law firm or legal industry experience is highly preferred
  • A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Hospitality (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Prior Salesforce is preferred.
  • Comfort with change and a flexible mindset — you can adapt quickly, embrace new systems, and stay composed when priorities shift.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re engaging, confident, and persuasive.
  • High energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
