Hours : Part-time 3 PM - 6 PM

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Hourly Rate : $29.00 to $37.00 / hour (based on pediatric experience)

Paid at same rate for cancellations / no-shows

Role & Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you'll play a crucial role in helping children reach their full potential through therapeutic interventions. Your responsibilities include :

• Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists to implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
• Assist in conducting therapy sessions using appropriate techniques and strategies
• Help children develop speech and language skills through engaging, play-based activities
• Support assessments and screenings, documenting client progress and observations
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about therapy progress and home strategies
• Work with our interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, COTAs) to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
