Education : High school diploma / GED Training and Experience : Certifications as needed / required Job Knowledge : Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other health care professionals. Familiarity with EMR systems a plus. Must be able to report to work fit for duty and free of any adverse effects of illegal drugs, medical marijuana, prescription medication, and / or alcohol. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with other individuals.

Job Duties :
- Follow office workflow procedures per office management / admin to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Schedule appointments, update patient demographic and insurance information, collect copays, reconcile cash drawer.

Physical Demands : The individual must be able to bend over to perform certain duties. Interpretation of environmental input requires visual and auditory skills. A significant amount of writing and computer entry is required.
