JOB TITLE : Coding Specialist

DEPT : Coding

LOCATION : Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN

SHIFT : Full Time. Day Shift, 6am - 2 : 30pm

JOB SUMMARY :

Reviews patients charts and performs ICD-10 and CPT coding for DRG and APC assignments. Works with medical staff and hospital staff to obtain documentation for accurate coding.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC or Coding Certification Required
• 1 Year of Coding Experience Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
