The TELUS Health Communication & Change Management Solutions team is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of communication and change management related to health, pension, and benefits programs (pension and savings plans, benefits and wellness programs, compensation, absence and disability management, and employee assistance programs).

We are looking for an experienced communications consultant who can own client engagements and help build our growing practice. You’ll be primarily responsible for pension and benefits communication, including developing and executing our growth plans. With the support of your colleagues, you will be expected to secure new projects, create client communication strategies, develop content, and fulfill other agreed upon client commitments.

You will be based out of the USA but will be supporting some of the globe's leading companies and working with senior decision makers in human resources to execute on the communication strategies you help develop. It’s challenging, meaningful and fast-paced work. It’s also incredibly rewarding.

This is a remote position with the option for in-person attendance in a TELUS Health office, if available in your area.

Responsibilities include :

• Work with our internal stakeholders to proactively identify client communication opportunities. You must feel comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating a growth mindset
• Implement communication strategies for multiple target audiences using various media
• Research and develop communication materials for various audiences, including, but not limited to, reports, newsletters, booklets, infographics, posters, videos, presentations, and microsites
• Provide consulting advice and subject-matter expertise to clients related to the communication of pension, benefits, health, and total rewards programs
• Attend and facilitate client meetings / calls
• Evaluate / measure effectiveness of communication strategies and deliverables
• Develop and enhance processes for serving communication solutions to clients
• Serve as primary resource for securing and coordinating supporting services, such as design and translation
• Develop accurate budgets and realistic project timelines to ensure successful completion of projects and adequate financial management
• Performs other tasks and special projects, as required
