Job Description

Citizens is seeking a proactive, strategic communications professional to join our Executive Communications team. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated communications plans and messaging strategies to support Citizens executive leadership. This is a highly visible role, ideal for a creative individual with exceptional critical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of how corporate communications drives brand reputation.

This professional will play a pivotal role in advancing the bank's enterprise narrative to position Citizens as a leading super-regional bank with a team of forward-looking leaders. Reporting to the Head of Executive Communications, this role will be instrumental in driving executive visibility through impactful internal and external storytelling.

Primary responsibilities include :

• Executive Thought Leadership

Design and execute integrated CEO thought leadership campaigns that align with business goals and shape brand perception.

Support CEO and other executive media relations efforts, nationally and across key markets, to secure strategic placements that advance key messages.

Establish and execute internal programming to drive broad colleague alignment around corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
