We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth internal and external communications, drafting compelling content, and supporting company-wide messaging initiatives. Responsibilities
Draft and edit internal memos, press releases, presentations, and client communications
Coordinate company-wide communications strategies and ensure message consistency
Support leadership in preparing executive communications and talking points
Manage internal communications calendars and assist with event planning logistics
Monitor industry trends and support content creation for reports and briefings
Liaise with departments to gather relevant information and ensure accurate messaging
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
