A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Communications to lead and enhance internal communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an internal communications strategy in collaboration with HR and executive leadership
Engage with senior executives to shape and communicate key messages aligned with the brand voice
Manage content for company-wide meetings and support change management initiatives through effective communication
Required Qualifications
BA / BS in journalism, communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
10-12 years of experience in storytelling and content development, with at least 7 years in executive communications
Pharmacy / PBM / healthcare experience preferred
Experience managing direct reports and leading a team
Strong executive presence and ability to influence others effectively
