Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage and support our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital part in executing messaging strategies and maintaining consistency across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and distribute company communications including newsletters, press releases, and internal updates
Coordinate and manage corporate communications calendars
Support the planning and execution of company announcements, product launches, and campaigns
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with brand goals and values
Monitor communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist in developing presentations, reports, and other written materials
Ensure brand voice and tone are maintained across all content
Handle inbound communication inquiries and coordinate responses
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with content creation and internal communication tools is a plus
