This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located in Dallas, TX or El Segundo, CA. No relocation is offered.
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Communication Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic, analytical, and creative skills, with a deep understanding of audience behavior and media consumption. As a Communication Planner, you will develop and execute strategic communication plans to ensure our messages reach the right audience, at the right time, through the most effective channels.
Key responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support company initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand audience behavior, preferences, and media consumption.
- Craft targeted messages and select appropriate channels to engage the audience effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, creative, and media teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to facilitate cohesive and consistent messaging.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs, analytics tools, and customer feedback to optimize future communications.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance communication strategies.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in communication planning, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics software. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Salary Range : $118,800 - $178,200
