The Project Manager is responsible for supervising and directing all aspects of a community, including maintaining community schedules. This role involves coordinating with other department heads and outside consultants for architectural design and site planning.

Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements :

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits :

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $78,122.44 - $142,341, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor / living, etc.), and operational considerations.
