Join Our Team as a Marketing Communications Specialist – B2B Focus

As our Marketing Communications Specialist , you’ll bring that vision to life through compelling storytelling and strategic B2B communication that strengthens relationships with partner agents, agency principals, and business partners.

This is a creative yet analytical role perfect for a communicator who loves translating ideas into high-impact campaigns that resonate, build trust, and inspire action.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Champion Orion180’s brand voice and values across all communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and authenticity.
• Lead B2B communications — craft impactful newsletters, announcements, blogs, thought leadership content, and digital campaigns.
• Manage and execute the B2B content and campaign calendar to align messaging with launches, initiatives, and strategic objectives.
• Develop polished marketing materials — from sales decks and partner communications to training collateral that elevate our brand presence.
• Build and deploy targeted B2B email campaigns to engage agents, promote new products, and strengthen partnerships.
• Use analytics, engagement data, and A / B testing to optimize content performance and continuously refine messaging.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required.

Minimum 3+ years in marketing communications, content strategy, or public relations — ideally in a B2B environment (insurance, financial services, or technology).

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
