About the role

As a pharmacist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care - it's listening and providing your expert advice and reassurance to deliver healthcare services. This is an exciting opportunity during a period of transformation to join a new team providing services to customers and patients across England in the growing Customer Support Centre. This role would require full time working at our Nottingham Support Office.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering New Medicines Service (NMS)conversations in line with the service specification, with the potential to expand to other services.
• Ability to deliver quality patient consultation via digital / virtual routes (e.g. telephone, video calls)
• Deep understanding of NMS, including drugs / conditions eligibility, always acting in the best interests of the patient, and makes consultation records to a high standard
• Able to work efficiently in order to achieve business ambitions and goals, to support the call centre performance
• Uses IT skills appropriate to role e.g. able to navigate Columbus efficiently or other activity involving digital systems
• Takes responsibility to keep practice up to date and continually learns to improve practice
• Delivering exceptional patient care to support a positive customer experience.
