Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content. Experience with various internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., intranet platforms, email marketing tools, presentation software). Experience with collaboration / project management tools (e.g., Asana / Jira / Google suite) and basic analytics / reporting. Ability to thrive amid ambiguity and changing priorities; proactively anticipates needs, risks, and interdependencies. Comfortable owning ambiguous work and unblocking cross-functional gaps. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects concurrently. About the Role
In this position you will be a Employee Communications Manager in charge of a number of different responsibilities such as developing strategies for internal outreach to employees as well as working with senior leadership to develop communications for internal audiences.
What you will be doing :
- Communication Strategy Development : Design and implement internal communication strategies and initiatives that align with company goals, values, and strategic priorities.
- Content Creation and Curation : Develop and manage engaging, consistent content for internal channels, including company-wide emails, intranet articles, newsletters, presentations, executive communications, announcements, and complex employee education materials.
- All-Hands Meetings & Events : Plan, manage, and execute all-hands meetings and company-wide events, overseeing agenda development, content creation, speaker coordination, and logistics.
- Executive Communications Support : Partner with senior leadership to craft key messages and develop communication materials for internal audiences.
- Change Management Communications : Create and deliver communication strategies that support organizational change, ensuring transparency, alignment, and employee understanding.
- Project Management : Oversee multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Continuously improve workflows and templates to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
