Pay : $21.82 / hr on W2
Under the direct guidance of Strategic Communications team members and management, this position is responsible for supporting a variety of internal communications to meet the needs of multiple audiences through interaction with clients and subject matter experts. In this extremely fast-moving environment, all job expectations must be met on time with excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service orientation, a high degree of flexibility, a professional demeanor and the ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly shifting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
Core functional skills include :
- Strong editing / proofreading (clarity, grammar, HCSC voice)
- Communications process familiarity (formatting, reviewing)
- Basic project management (timelines, deliverables)
- Detail orientation & organizational strength
- Quick ramp-up & collaborative working style
- Experience with business support platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project Source, Excel, SharePoint)
