Position Profile
Weaver is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, implementing, and administering our compensation programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You'll be responsible for ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our overall business strategy.
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems (, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Payfactors, CompAnalyst)
- Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
