The Workers' Compensation Practice Group is hiring an experienced paralegal to join our downtown Richmond office. A college degree or relevant, related experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must.

Day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Requesting, organizing, and analyzing medical records
• Preparing legal documents, including subpoenas and deposition notices
• Implementing case strategy
• Managing and prioritizing action items and tasks
• Providing superior service to our clients
