Job Summary : The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts under general supervision in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures that the company meets quality, safety, and productivity standards while satisfying customer requirements. Major Responsibilities : Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct requirements. Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materials; wire basic electrical connections per applicable diagrams. Inspect products to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements. Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools. Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products utilizing lifting equipment when available. Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and position material and accessory components. Complete and maintain all associated electronic processes paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping materials. Maintain departmental housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards. Required Skills : Ability to stand and walk on concrete for up to 100% of the workday. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs independently and over 50 lbs with assistance. Ability to climb and balance. Ability to use hands to reach, handle, and feel. Ability to visually inspect products. Manual dexterity in hands for tool usage. Required Experience : GED or High School Diploma preferred. 1-3 years of manufacturing or construction experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Ability to read a tape measure. Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English.
