Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling and packaging various products using hand tools, reading blueprints, and work instructions. Your tasks will include taping boxes and counting inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Tape boxes and ensure secure packaging of products.
• Count and manage inventory efficiently.
• Lift items ranging from 7 to 35 lbs.
• Operate equipment like small drills, hammers, and rivet machines.
• Assemble various size heavy-duty cases for storing lighting accessories and cameras.
• Add foam to cases and potentially work on the flashlight assembly line.
• Receive training on the use of pallet jacks and automated shrink wrap machines.

Work Environment

Work in a clean environment, assembling various size heavy-duty cases for storing lighting accessories and cameras. You will be provided with safety glasses, gloves, and an orange vest. However, you will need to provide your own steel-toed boots. This role offers a structured shift schedule with competitive pay rates for each shift. Enjoy the use of provided tools and the opportunity for hands-on training with pallet jacks and automated machinery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.75 / hr.
