Position Description
Valiant Integrated Services is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Sr. Computer Network Technologist I to join our professional team at Ft Moore (Benning), GA providing support to the Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) Maintenance Program (ATMP). ATMP brings to bear the full capabilities of many of the world's best systems integration and engineering companies in the technical integration of live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training support. ATMP operations support the installation and training mission to provide realistic joint and combined arms training focused on developing soldiers, leaders, and units of the United States military for success on the 21st Century Battlefield.
Duties includes, but are not limited to :
- Provides maintenance support to the Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT). Ensures SAF and AAR emulators work interactively with CCTT manned modules to provide real-time, fully interactive collective task training on computer-generated terrain.
- Determine and resolve data processing problems and coordinate the work with program, users, etc. Adapts design approaches successfully used in precedent systems, works on a segment of a complex data processing scheme or broad system.
- This position requires competence in administration of network and knowledge of pertinent system software and computer equipment and of the work processes, applicable regulations, workload, and practices of the assigned subject-matter area.
- Perform software upgrades, resolve network connectivity issues, and data collection for performance evaluation as needed.
- Document all maintenance actions by inputting data in MIS. May be required to support other devices and will be cross trained, as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities) : Preferred : 4-year bachelor’s degree in electronics or related technical field with 4 years of recent systems analyst work experience; Strong computer software skills; May consider experience in lieu of formal education (military training, technical school, and / or professional experience).
